How to I create my trading account?
An account will be created when you register and you can create additional account from your back office just following simple steps.
- First login your back office.
- Click ‘Open Additional Account’ under ‘My Account’ section from left side menu.
- Choose your account type and leverage.
- Click ‘Submit’ your trading credentials( account number, trading password, investor password) will be sent to your email.
What type of ducuments do I need to verify my account?
You need 2 types of documents to verify your account.
Acceptable documents for identity verification include:
- Valid, current passports (national or international), OR
- Valid, current driver’s license. OR
- Valid, current national ID Card
Acceptable forms of proof of residence include:
- Utility bill
- Bank, building society, credit or debit card statement.
- Council tax bill.
- Local government address registration certificates.
How can I send my verification documents to ORSFX?
The easy way to provide us with supporting documentation is via MyAccount. Simply log in to your back office, Click ‘Document Upload’ under Compliance from left side menu. and upload both your identity and address verificatin documents.

How can I change my trading password?
You can do this from your back office, Just login to your account, Go to ‘Change Password’ under ‘My Account’ section from left side menu.
You will see available account you created, Select the one you want to change password, Type Your new password and Click ‘Submit’.
How long does it take to verfiy my profile?
Once you upload all your documents, it can take up to 10 minutes (during working hours) to 24 hours to verify your profile.

You can get a full report on your referrals in your IB/Affiliate panel by clicking on ‘Accounts’.
Where can I withdraw my affiliate commision?
Any time, providing the balance of your wallet is above 50 USD.
You can request your withdrawal anytime at ‘Withdrawal Commission‘
